By participating in the Smart Board Trial Program (“Trial Program”) by Samir Group, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
The Trial Program is open to businesses, banking institutions, hotels, and schools/colleges located in Saudi Arabia, focusing on the central region, western region, and eastern region. Clients must have the authority to make purchasing decisions for their respective organization.
The Trial Program will provide the Client with a Smart Board for a trial period of 5 working days
Samir Group will help with the installation of the Smart Board, as well as provide training and technical support during the trial period.
The Smart Board provided for the Trial Program remains the property of Samir Group. Clients agree to use the Smart Board in accordance with the instructions provided by Samir Group and will not modify or tamper with the equipment in any way
Clients are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of the Smart Board during the trial period. Any damage or loss caused by negligence, misuse, or unauthorized modifications will be the responsibility of the Client, and the Client may be charged for the cost of repair or replacement.
At the end of the trial period, Clients must return the Smart Board to Samir Group in the same condition as it was received, normal wear and tear excepted. If the Smart Board is not returned in the agreed-upon condition, the Client may be charged for the cost of repair or replacement.
Samir Group’s liability for any claims arising out of the Trial Program is limited to the replacement or repair of the Smart Board. In no event shall Samir Group be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost profits or data, arising from the Client’s participation in the Trial Program.
Samir Group reserves the right to cancel or modify the Trial Program at any time without prior notice. Clients will be notified of any changes to the Trial Program and may be required to return the Smart Board immediately upon notification.
Clients agree to allow Samir Group to collect, use, and disclose information about their organization and usage of the Smart Board for the purposes of marketing, research, and improving the Smart Board product. Samir Group will take reasonable precautions to protect the Client’s data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising in connection with the Trial Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
